2.⁠ ⁠Jewellery Care & Wear

The Wish Store utilizes high-quality PVD coating and advanced precision electroplating designed for maximum longevity. However, all gold-layered surfaces are subject to natural wear over time depending on individual skin acidity, frequency of use, and exposure to external chemicals (such as perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or sweat). The Wish Store is not liable for natural wear and tear or the gradual fading of plating that occurs through daily use. 3.⁠ ⁠Hypoallergenic & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

While our jewellery is crafted using surgical-grade bases, titanium, and stainless steel to ensure it is hypoallergenic, The Wish Store is not responsible for individual skin reactions. Everyone's skin chemistry is unique; therefore, customers with known severe metal allergies should exercise personal discretion before purchasing.

4.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We accept secure payments through our authorized payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect an unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal transaction.

5.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is handed over to our shipping carriers via Shiprocket, The Wish Store is not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. 6.⁠ ⁠Returns, Exchanges, & Hygiene Clause

Due to strict hygiene, health, and safety standards for jewellery, along with our boutique small-batch production, The Wish Store operates primarily on an absolute All Sales Are Final policy. 

 Final Sale Exceptions: We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, style preferences, variant selections, or improper sizing once an order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

 Transit Damage Allowance: The sole exception to this policy applies to items that are structurally defective or broken due to carrier handling during transit. In such verified cases, The Wish Store will issue an identical product replacement. Under no circumstances will cash refunds or store credits be provided.

 Reporting Requirements: Any claim for transit damage must be submitted to our customer care team with clear, photographic proof within 24 hours of the courier’s delivery timestamp. All jewellery is rigorously inspected and documented prior to fulfillment; we reserve the right to deny replacement fulfillment if evidence indicates post-delivery tampering, wear, or deliberate alteration.
