All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking updates via email and SMS/WhatsApp through our shipping partner, Shiprocket, allowing you to monitor your stack's journey seamlessly.

Domestic & International Shipping

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days across India.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days depending on destination country customs.

The Hand-Off & Liability

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, The Wish Store is no longer liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking information reads "Delivered" but you have not physically received your box, please contact the carrier directly to open a formal investigation. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is present to accept the delivery.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

The Wish Store is not responsible for any international customs, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after transit are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please meticulously double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are completely unable to redirect or cancel packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to our office due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, a secondary re-shipping fee will apply to send it back out.
